At Hawke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
